Job Responsibilities
• Conduct routine check-ups, preventive screenings, and annual physicals
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage chronic disease and coordinate specialty referrals
• Perform minor in-office procedures as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to quality, patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday
• Minimal to no call

• Excellent communication and patient rapport
