Option 1:
Southeast California (AZ/CA border)
- $375,000+ (negotiable) base salary - 100% outpatient Primary care
- Federally qualified health center with loan repayment available
- Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. BE/BC
- Opening is in rural Southeastern California near the AZ/CA border. 3.5 hours to San Diego and Los Angeles, CA. This is a rural area so you must be okay with a rural location.
- Brand new clinic site was renovated and opened in January 2023.
Option 2:
100% Outpatient Primary Care - $330,000 - 350,000+ Base Salary – 2 hours from San Diego, CA
- Federally qualified health center with loan repayment available (NHSC program and PSLF eligible)
- Family medicine or Internal Medicine training required. BC/BE
- Position is available due to clinic growth. 2 openings available
- Clinic is located 2 hours East of San Diego, CA. Local airport in the area with daily flights to LAX in Los Angeles, CA.
Option 3:
100% Outpatient Primary Care near Palm Springs, CA - $330,000++ (negotiable)
- Federally qualified health center (FQHC)
- Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family medicine training required. BC/BE
- 35 minutes from Palm Springs, CA
- 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day.
- Group is starting a new ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency in July 2026
About the group in general:
- Permanent placement only – no locums needed
- Group continues to expand in South Central California. (10 health, 6 dental clinics, 3 pharmacies, and 3 Women, Infant and Children Nutrition (WIC) education centers in Imperial and Riverside Counties.
- Average 20 patients per 8-hour day. Monday – Friday schedule.
- 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends

- Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.

- Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus.
- Relocation of $10,000 and $30,000 sign on bonus. Negotiable with housing stipend and retention bonuses.
- Visa sponsorship is possible (J-1 through the HHS and H1B is cap-exempt)
