An exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care practice in Bourbon, Indiana. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with phone-only call and strong advanced practice support.
Provide comprehensive family medicine care across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics—while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Perform in-office procedures including suturing, biopsies, joint injections, and skin lesion removal
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Treat patients of all ages, pediatrics through geriatrics
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and care teams for coordinated patient management
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care continuity
• Participate in shared phone-only call rotation (1:7)
Qualifications
• Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience treating patients across all age groups
• Clean malpractice history
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until last patient seen)
Call: 1:7 Rotation (Phone Call Only)
