Join a thriving Family Medicine practice in Plymouth, Indiana, delivering comprehensive primary care services for pediatric to geriatric patients. This full-time Family Medicine Physician role offers a strong outpatient focus with optional OB, light phone-only call (1:7), and the opportunity to participate in resident teaching and clinical supervision. Practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment committed to quality care, preventive medicine, and community health.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform complete history & physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct minor in-office procedures
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical documentation compliance
Qualifications
• Active Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS & ACLS certification
• DEA certification
• Experience treating patients across all age groups
• EPIC EMR knowledge preferred
