• Full-time Staff MD needed to join an established outpatient Family Practice at Hospital
• Collaborative, patient-focused environment with manageable patient volume
• Position available as soon as credentialed

Job Responsibilities
• Manage an average of 14 patients per day
• Perform charting, care coordination, and quality improvement activities
• Participate in phone-only on-call rotation (1:11)
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain required certifications and licensure
• Support long-term succession planning for the practice
Qualifications
• Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start)
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• Clean malpractice history
• Recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)
• Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour
• Not open to candidates holding another concurrent position
Working Hours
• Outpatient clinic schedule
• Phone on-call rotation 1:11
