Family Medicine Physician opening in Fulton, NY - Visa Sponsored
Overview
Full-time primary care opportunity due to growing patient census and upcoming retirements over the next 2–5 years
Seeking Family Medicine physicians or advanced practice clinicians
Employed outpatient primary care role with full medical staff privileges
Practice includes multiple outpatient clinic locations across Oswego and Fulton
Schedule & Call
Practice operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling with option to work 4 or 5 days per week
Standard 40-hour workweek
Office call is shared among a large provider group and is very light
Phone-only call with no inpatient rounding required
Optional per diem hospitalist shifts available for interested family medicine physicians
Clinical Scope & Volume
Full-scope family medicine, cradle-to-grave care
Chronic disease management, adult medicine, and well-child visits
Common conditions include hypertension, diabetes, and preventive care
No obstetrics and limited gynecology
No sports medicine
Average patient volume of 20–25 patients per day for 8-hour shifts
Average patient volume of 25–30 patients per day for 10-hour shifts

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary range of $255,000–$275,000 plus wRVU production model (physicians)
Sign-on bonus of $25,000
Relocation assistance up to $10,000 with receipts
Student loan assistance up to $30,000 over the length of the contract, if applicable
Paid time off and CME totaling 34 days, including 6 legal holidays
Annual CME, licensure, and dues allowance of $5,500
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 403(b), life, and disability insurance
Malpractice coverage provided
Estimated pay range/amount is $255,000–$275,000.
