Job Responsibilities
* Perform examinations; order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests; develop and document treatment plans; and prescribe medications within licensure and state authority
* Refer patients to specialists or additional services as clinically appropriate
* Counsel and educate patients on physical and mental health needs, or delegate education to appropriate care team members
* Collaborate within an integrated care team to deliver high-quality, mission-driven care
* Stay current with clinical guidelines, standards of care, and best practices
* Complete required documentation and forms accurately and in a timely manner to support patient care, billing, and regulatory compliance
* Perform other related duties as assigned
Working Hours
* Clinic hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* On-call coverage required every third weekend
