Seeking a full-time Staff MD (Family Medicine)to join its outpatient clinic team
• Position available ASAP once credentialed

Job Responsibilities
• Manage an average daily patient volume of 14 patients
• Perform administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality initiatives
• Participate in after-hours on-call phone rotation (1:11)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient care team
• Maintain required licensure and certifications
• Contribute to succession planning and long-term practice stability
Qualifications
• If Board Eligible, graduation date must be stated – REQUIRED
• Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
• DEA – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED
• NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
Working Hours
• On-call phone coverage: 1:11 rotation
