As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team and practice full-scope medicine in a collaborative environment that prioritizes both quality patient care and physician work-life balance at one of their three clinic locations.
Position Highlights:
• 4 day workweek
• Low patient volumes
• Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
• Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
• New hospital opening in early 2028!
Compensation & Benefits:
• Two-year guaranteed salary of $325,000+
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• Four weeks of vacation
• Two weeks of CME time with dedicated stipend
Location:
• Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- welcoming communities nestled in the scenic St. Croix Valley
