Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
• 4.5–5 day workweek (37.5 hours) with ~32 patient-facing hours
• Rotating call once every 4 weeks with RN triage and call center support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $235,000–$270,000 (experience dependent)

Degree:
• MD or DO
Certifications:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine
Licensure:
• Eligible for New York medical licensure
Skillset:
• Broad outpatient Family Medicine with preventive care focus
Experience:
• Open to 2026 residents/fellows and early-career physicians
