Seeking an experienced Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care clinic in Greensboro, North Carolina. This opportunity is well-suited for a physician who values independent practice, leadership, and community-focused care, with the ability to mentor advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights:
Established, collaborative family medicine clinic
Comprehensive primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
Leadership role overseeing and mentoring a team of skilled advanced practice providers
Emphasis on patient access including same-day appointments, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits
Team-based care model including Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, clinical pharmacists, health behaviorists, and clinical RNs
Physician leaders maintain active patient panels
System-wide EPIC electronic medical record
Focus on work-life balance
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Experienced physician comfortable practicing independently
Interest in leadership and APP mentorship
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
