Location: Matthews, NC, Charlotte 12m
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Matthews, North Carolina, a family-friendly suburb just southeast of Charlotte. This position offers a team-based practice environment with a consistent weekday schedule and strong support staff.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only primary care practice
Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Team includes two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and dedicated support staff
Emphasis on patient access including same-day appointments, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits
Team-based care model including Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, clinical pharmacists, health behaviorists, and clinical RNs
Physician leaders maintain active patient panels
System-wide EPIC electronic medical record with DAX copilot
Focus on work-life balance
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year guaranteed salary with bonus potential
