Primary Care Opportunity Just Outside of Boston

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts

Opportunity: Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice within Lawrence General Hospital / Community Medical Associates.

Details:

• Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management

• Diagnose and treat patients through comprehensive evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and prescribing medications

• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease

• Deliver patient-centered, equitable, and compassionate care

• Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals, and ancillary services to ensure continuity and positive outcomes

• Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and care teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR

• Educate patients and families to support shared decision-making

• Support teaching, mentoring, and supervision of trainees and APPs as applicable

• Attend departmental and organizational meetings and trainings
