Family Medicine Opportunity – Outpatient Only
Location: Clarksville, TN - Nashville 50m
Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed

Practice Overview
* Established group of 14 board-certified physicians
* Supported by 8 advanced practice providers
* Experienced team with success in population management strategies
* Stable, collaborative practice environment
Schedule & Call
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Average 20–25 patients per day
* Outpatient call approximately 1 week every 14 weeks
* Call period runs Monday evening through Sunday afternoon
* Call volume is typically very light, often zero to two calls
Compensation & Incentives
* Compensation around the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks
* Additional earning potential through ACO and Medicare Advantage programs
