Position Overview:
* Work with physician colleagues, plus advanced practitioner providers, psychologists, and social workers depending on specific clinic location
* A full-service, 25-bed critical access hospital. Nestled at the base of the cascade mountains, it serves Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, and smaller neighboring communities
* Great work-life balance with flexible schedule
* Expected volume of 18+ patients/day
* 4.5 days per week is full-time
* EPIC EMR
