### Family Medicine with Obstetrics & C-Sections Opportunity in Lebanon, MO
### Practice Overview
Full-scope Family Medicine with surgical obstetrics
C-sections and newborn care required
High-demand, growing rural practice
Immediate patient access with strong referral base
Flexible scheduling with four-day workweek options
OB call of 10 days per month or less
Utilization of AI documentation tools and RN support for in-basket triage
Minimal outpatient phone call responsibility
Easy transfer access to a tertiary referral center less than one hour away with full OB hospitalist, MFM, NICU, and pediatric services

Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000 with upside potential
