The facility features comprehensive onsite services including lab, radiology, physical therapy, acupuncture, and pharmacy all under one roof.

• Work in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment • Join a positive, energetic, and team-focused group that prioritizes patient-centered care • Current team includes 4.1 FTE Physicians and 2.9 FTE Advanced Practice Clinicians • Benefit from flexible scheduling with clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5 PM • Enjoy work-life balance with phone-only call on a rotational basis • Utilize innovative support from Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, and Behavioral Health Specialists • Access specialty outreach services including Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Pediatrics • Take advantage of onsite Anticoagulation services • Step into a thriving practice with an established, loyal patient community • Utilize modern technology including EPIC and DAX AI for seamless notes and reduced paperwork • OB for this position is optional • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
