- Primary Worksite Name: Sisseton IHS Clinic
- Primary Worksite City: Sisseton
- Primary Worksite State: SD
- Worksite Type: Outpatient
- Start Date: Jan 1 2025
- Work Schedule: 8a-4:30 M-F or 7:30-6p (10 hrs) 4 days or 5 days
8a-8p (12 hrs) 4-5 days a week - Staff Information: Mid level support, OBGYN, Peds are all on staff
- Patient Information: 12-14 patients per day
- Required Procedures: Yes
- Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
-Names/numbers of 3 references
-U.S. Citizenship required
-Must have worked within the last 6 months - Pay Information: $180 an hour
- Privileging Details: Takes about 6-8 weeks time for credentialed
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible Family Medicine
- EMR: RPMS
- License - Any State License works
