Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Primary Worksite Name: Sisseton IHS Clinic
Primary Worksite City: Sisseton
Primary Worksite State: SD
Worksite Type: Outpatient
Start Date: April 2026
Work Schedule: 8a-4:30 M-F or 7:30-6p (10 hrs) 4 days or 5 days 8a-8p (12 hrs) 4-5 days a week
Staff Information: Mid level support, OBGYN, Peds are all on staff
Patient Information: 12-14 patients per day
Required Procedures: Yes
Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)

Pay Information: $180 an hour
Privileging Details: Takes about 6-8 weeks time for credentialed
Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible Family Medicine
EMR: RPMS
License - Any State License works
