Primary Care Physician | Outpatient Senior Focus
100% Outpatient Senior-Focused Primary Care – No hospital rounds, no nights, no weekends
Superior Work-Life Balance – Typically see only 10–15 patients per day with extended visit times
Value-Based Care Model – Smaller panel sizes, emphasis on prevention, quality outcomes, and patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation – $245,000 – $260,000+ base salary (negotiable DOE)

Qualifications
- MD or DO – Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active state medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA and up-to-date CPR (BLS/ACLS/PALS)
- Passion for senior care, prevention, and value-based medicine
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus – select locations
