Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join its outpatient care team in the Tampa, FL region.
This full-time, permanent role offers a consistent outpatient schedule, the opportunity to care for a broad patient population, and a supportive clinical environment focused on patient-centered care and continuity.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide outpatient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations (based on specialty)
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Conduct physical exams, preventive visits, immunizations, and routine screenings
Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health teams, and care managers
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Training: Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensure: Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Experience: All levels welcome — new graduates encouraged to apply
