Job Details:
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills • Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • May care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly based on expertise and qualifications • NP Requirements: Master's degree in nursing • PA Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health/science-related field • NP Licensure: Current RN license, NP license in appropriate state, CPR certification, and national certification • PA Licensure: Current PA license in appropriate state, CPR certification, and national certification • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off • Wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
