The family medicine program supports full-spectrum outpatient care, including pediatrics, adult medicine, women’s health, preventive care, and chronic condition management. Providers enjoy collaborative support from nursing teams, behavioral health integration, and efficient practice operations.

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team in the Renton, WA region.

This full-time, permanent position offers a balanced schedule, ability to care for patients across all ages, and strong team-based support. Clinicians work in a modern, patient-centered environment with streamlined workflows and comprehensive onsite resources.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

  • Manage chronic diseases, acute concerns, and preventive health needs

  • Perform wellness exams, immunizations, and age-appropriate screenings

  • Coordinate care with specialists and integrated behavioral health

  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

  • Participate in population health initiatives, quality metrics, and team meetings

  • Foster strong relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Training: Completion of a Family Medicine residency

  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Licensure: Eligible for Washington medical licensure

  • Experience: Open to all experience levels; new graduates welcome

  • Skills: Strong patient communication and commitment to family-centered care
