- Location: Ferndale, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p
- Avg Patients/day: 18-20
- Ages: Adults
- Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Board-Certified Family Medicine MD/DO
- Minimum 2 years' exp in Primary Care
- Active CA License
- Active CA DEA
