A family medicine PCP is needed to ideally start in Mid-December. Will start locums and potentially go to perm, if desired. 3-6 months, w/ potential extensions.
JOB DETAILS:
• Specialty/Unit/Profession: FMP-PCP-IM
• Shift: M-F 8a-5p No Call (will accept 4x8)
• Target Start Date: 12/15/2025
• Duration of contract: 26+ Weeks, potential for locums to perm
• Practice Setting: Primary Care
• Charting Software: Epic (Epic OP experience required)
• Ave. Daily Census: 18-20
• Patient Age Group: Adults
• Procedures : PCP & Common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)
•• Board Certifications: Board Cert preferred, will look at board eligible
• License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS
• Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Support Staff: Full support staff. No supervision required (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc.
