The facility operates with a team-based care model focused on patient and family-centered care, creating a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration among healthcare providers.
Opportunity:
Physician & Clinician - NP/PA
Job Details:
• 1.0 FTE, Full-time position in Family Medicine • Monday - Friday between 8a - 5p (36 patient contact hours per week) • Family Medicine trained; prior experience preferred but will consider new graduates • 16 patients per day; procedures are variable • Established patient base with room for growth • Clinical call rotation; average of 2 weekdays/month & 4 weekends/year • EPIC electronic medical record • Great team with strong mentors • Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • May care for patients ranging from newborn to elderly based on area of expertise • Position requires high level of customer service skills • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program required • Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state (if NP) • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in appropriate state • Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area required • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
