Family Medicine Opportunity – Outpatient Practice
Location: Lexington, NC - Winston-Salem 20m
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position, Outpatient Only

* Full-time schedule: 36 patient-facing hours + 4 administrative hours

Training & Experience Requirements
* MD/DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Current BLS certification
* Current DEA registration
* Eligibility for North Carolina medical licensure as an MD/DO
