Position Overview:
Join a post-acute care team in Adrian, Michigan seeing 15–20 patients per day. This full-time, benefit-eligible role offers exceptional flexibility, strong earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.
Compensation:
• Fee-for-service model (FFS)
• Estimated annual earnings: $165,000 – $261,000
• No cap on productivity income
• Signing bonus and relocation incentives available (full-time)
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective care in post-acute care communities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Coordinate with hospice, palliative care, and home care partners
• Complete timely documentation and billing in Gehrimed EMR (Meets Medicare standards)
Qualifications:
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
• Open to training experienced candidates
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
