Requirements as a Family / Internal Medicine Physician
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted State Medical License in New Jersey
- Certified in BLS or ACLS
- DEA registered (or eligible)
