This well-established clinic is part of a comprehensive healthcare network providing essential medical services to Bagley and surrounding communities. The facility features a collaborative, team-oriented environment with supportive staff and motivated colleagues serving multiple communities including Fosston, Oklee, and Bagley.
Opportunity:
Physician & Clinician - NP/PA
Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours per week • Bagley Clinic: 4 days per week with clinic hours from 8am - 5pm • WIC Fosston: 1 Saturday per month from 9am - 12pm • Average of 15-18 patients per day • Ability to work independently required • Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Family Medicine • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families of all ages (newborn to elderly) • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention • Work collaboratively with care team members using Essentia Care Processes • Provide continuity of patient and family care • Requires high level of customer service skills • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Family Medicine and ER advanced practice experience required • Current licensure as a registered nurse (if NP) and as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant • Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training and tuition reimbursement • Flexible scheduling and generous time off
