Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care • Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families across the lifespan based on area of expertise • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care approach • Master's degree in nursing required for NP position • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota (for NP) • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • Current CPR certification required • National certification in applicable area required • Must successfully complete the facility's credentialing process prior to practice • Eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance with supplemental options • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training and tuition reimbursement • Flexible scheduling and generous time off • Comprehensive wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
