- Coverage Period: Ongoing
- Clinical Shift Schedule: MondayFriday (flexible)
- Call Type: Rotational (telephone call only)

PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)
- Patient Volume/Census: 1530 patients/day
- Phone Consults: Yes
- Case Mix: General outpatient family/internal medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified
- Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools
- Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
- Support Staff Available: Shared office with a Primary Care Provider
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active IN license/IMLC
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
- Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads
- Other Qualifications: Effective EMR use (EPIC); strong interpersonal skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients
- See 1530 patients per day
- Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation
- Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers
- Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
