A well-established clinic in beautiful California is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide maternity leave coverage from January 5th through March 27th, 2026 (with flexibility and potential to extend).
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-functioning, fully staffed outpatient setting with strong support and steady volume.
Job Responsibilities
Location: California Central Coast
Dates: January 5 – March 27, 2026
Orientation/Training: 1/5–1/6
First Patient Day: 1/7/26
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
Patient Volume: 20–23 patients/day (pre-booked to offset no-shows)
Cases: Bread-and-butter outpatient primary care (all ages)
Team Environment:
3 MDs + 2 PAs on-site
Full pediatric group next door
EHR: Athena
Credentialing: 30–60 days
