Practice Highlights:
Call Rotation: 1:14, ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 5 physicians and 8 APCs across the call group
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
