This well-established Family Medicine residency program is dedicated to training the next generation of physicians to serve rural communities. The residency program offers comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and obstetric care and has achieved a 100% board pass rate for residents over the past 5 years.

Job Details:
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students to deliver compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care • Foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages open discussion, critical thinking, and lifelong learning • Interest in program leadership, procedures, and ultrasound is a plus • Supervise resident patient care and provide actionable feedback to support their professional growth • Coordinate rotations with physician site supervisors to optimize resident learning experiences • Evaluate residents using diverse tools and methods, including ACGME milestones and direct observation • Promote a culture that prioritizes the wellbeing of residents, staff, and faculty • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality educational activities • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly activities • Serve as an advisor to residents, guiding them in setting individualized learning goals and plans • Contribute to the resident recruitment process • Actively engage in faculty development and administrative responsibilities • Provide direct ambulatory care to a panel of patients (independent of resident involvement) • Position includes 0.2 FTE outpatient direct patient care and 0.8 FTE core faculty responsibilities • Must be board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota • Demonstrated passion for educating residents, medical students, and/or health science students required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
