The Kirkwood Clinic features modern facilities with an EPIC electronic medical record system and a collaborative environment where providers work together to deliver exceptional patient care.
Opportunity:
Family Medicine - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with Monday - Friday schedule between 8am - 5pm (36 patient contact hours per week) • Provide comprehensive family medicine care utilizing advanced health assessment and decision-making skills • See approximately 16 patients per day with variable procedures • Join an established patient base with room for growth • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention for patients across the lifespan • Participate in clinical call rotation averaging 2 weekdays/month & 4 weekends/year • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Join a supportive team environment with strong mentors • Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution • Maintain appropriate state licensure as NP or PA and current CPR certification • Obtain national certification in applicable area • Complete credentialing process prior to practice • Prior experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
