This community health center serves the local population with comprehensive primary care services in a supportive environment. The facility is committed to providing accessible healthcare to patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on maintaining the wellbeing of the Ferndale community.
Opportunity: Family Medicine
Job Details:
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with 18 patients per day minimum
• Mix of pediatric and adult patients (will consider Family Practice only)
• Preference for provider who sees infants, but must see patients 12+ years
• Includes some chronic pain management responsibilities
• Required to complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Well woman care and IUD insertion/removal preferred but not required
• Pediatric care for all age groups (newborn through adolescent) preferred
• BLS certification required
• Active DEA license needed before start date
• Board eligible candidates considered if within 5 years of residency completion
• Must have California license
• CVs must include month/date on work experience with all employment gaps explained
• Credentialing takes approximately 30-90 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
