Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Outpatient Only

Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient-only clinic in Lawton, OK .

This is a full-time, permanent position with no hospital call , offering a stable weekday schedule and a supportive environment that emphasizes preventive care, continuity, and long-term patient relationships.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and health education sessions.

  • Develop and manage individualized care plans promoting patient wellness.

  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff for seamless care delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

  • Participate in team-based care initiatives and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical acumen, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary + wRVU production incentive

  • 5 days’ CME + $3,000 CME allowance annually
