Shared outpatient call: 1:4 rotation

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $290,000 (2-year guarantee) + production incentives
$150,000 commencement bonus
Loan assistance and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Relocation allowance: up to $15,000
CME Allowance: $3,000 annually
Paid Time Off: 240 hours per year
