Job Details:
• Join a busy outpatient family medicine practice with a team of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers • Provide full-time outpatient primary care during Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm clinic hours • Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation • Build a patient panel with opportunity to develop your desired panel size • Serve a loyal, longtime patient base with opportunity to expand service in the community • Work in a clinic supported by onsite lab services • Collaborate with supporting specialties including urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology and hospitalists • Benefit from minimal commute (from anywhere in the city: 15 min to clinic, ~5 min to hospital) • Be part of a physician-led organization within the medical group system • Two-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year • Bonus package of $150,000 + productivity incentives • Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility • Moving allowance of up to $15,000 • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday benefits • Annual CME allowance • Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance and tail coverage • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution + employer matching; optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan • Benefits begin day one of employment • Iowa medical license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain) required • J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
