Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join a community-focused healthcare facility serving the ambulatory needs of a Tribal population. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive clinic environment with access to multiple on-site specialties.
Position Summary:
The Physician will deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and continuity of care. This clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, culturally competent care.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
Perform routine health exams, screenings, and preventive services
Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
Collaborate with on-site specialists and ancillary services including:
Dental
Pharmacy
Podiatry
Women's Health
Diabetes Care
Additional expanding specialty services
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team-based care meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
National certification
Current DEA
Prior experience in primary care preferred
Demonstrated commitment to culturally competent and community-driven care
BLS
