Family Medicine Core Faculty | Teaching-Focused | 4-Day Week | Loan Repayment Eligible
Position Overview:
Join a reputable, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a strong academic foundation and commitment to community health. We’re seeking a Family Medicine or Family Medicine with OB physician to serve as Core Faculty within a rural residency track. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician passionate about education, mentorship, and full-spectrum primary care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:

Core Faculty position with direct resident teaching, advising, and mentoring

Flexible 4-day workweek with protected administrative and teaching time

Optional OB and shared call coverage

Strong team-based care model with on-site behavioral health, pharmacy, and case management support

Advanced technology: OCHIN Epic EMR, DAX copilot (AI), Dragon dictation

Supportive leadership with open communication and physician involvement in strategic planning

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $215,000–$225,000 DOE

Additional compensation for fellowship training, OB call, and engagement goals

Qualifications:

MD/DO (or international equivalent)

Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency

Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for Washington medical licensure

Prior teaching or academic experience required
