Job Summary
Position: Primary Care (FM/IM)
Duration: 05/01/2025 - 10/16/2025
Care Setting: Outpatient primary care
Shifts: Monday to Friday, no call
Patient Load: 14-18 patients per day
Key Requirements
Licensure: Active NC license
Qualifications: Board Certified in NC
Certifications: NC DEA required
Experience: Must participate in Medicaid/Medicare
Vaccination: Required
