This is a newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with transitional care services. The facility is part of a physician-led, professionally managed organization with a great team environment and comprehensive healthcare services.

Job Details:
• Growth position for an easy-going, patient-centered physician leader who enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team • OB for this position is optional • Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 2023) • Weeknight call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 2023) • Practice within a multi-specialty group consisting of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and NP/PAs • Work with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth), and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program • Access to over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, General Surgery, and many more • Utilize EPIC electronic medical records in clinic and hospital • Nurse-on-line triage available 24/7 • Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers • Complex cases can be transferred to St. Mary's Medical Center, a 330-bed facility with Level 1 Trauma designation (7 miles from clinic) • Minimum 6-weeks time off per year • BC/BE in Family Medicine required • Option to participate in community-wide OB Group & call (if providing OB services)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
