#### Position Highlights:
Schedule: 35 patient contact hours + 2 hours of administrative time weekly
Flexible Scheduling: Physician may design their own schedule within department and contractual standards
Setting: 100% outpatient

Patient Population: Comprehensive care for individuals and families of all ages

#### Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Med/Peds
Active or eligible Wisconsin Medical License
Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Two-Year Guaranteed Salary with incentive formula starting at onset
