- Average 2-2.5 patients per hour. You’ll have the space to practice medicine the way you envisioned it.
- True Team-Based Care: Collaborate daily with a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Mental Health Professional, Registered Dietitian, and Medical Assistants.
- Exclusive Patient Population No walk-ins,
- NO Medicare/Medicaid billing required, and low-to-no-cost services for patients.
- NO Call, NO Holidays Ever.
- Consistent, Predictable Hours: Monday–Friday, 33 hours a week

Qualifications
• Current, active Physician license in Florida (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in Primary Care and diagnostic services, caring for patients ages 2 and up.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing and dispensing.
• A strong desire to focus on health promotion and chronic disease management/prevention.
