Opportunity: Locums Physician Assistant
Job Details:
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts
• Patient volume of 18 patients per day minimum
• Mixture of pediatric and adult patients
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Must have at least 3 years experience in similar setting (panel management)
• Experience with Chronic Pain Management required
• Board Eligible candidates considered if within 5 years of residency completion
• Active DEA required before start date
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing takes 45-60 days
• Required immunizations before start: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days of start), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Series, Tdap (within last 10 years)
• Active California medical license required (no IMLC accepted)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
Estimated Hourly Rate: $85 - $100
