Position Highlights

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible hours available)

Outpatient primary care clinic attached to a modern critical access hospital

Each physician works with a dedicated LPN and enjoys strong administrative and clinical support

Recently built 17-bed critical access hospital with attached rural health clinic

23 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, lab, imaging, and specialty outreach

Dedicated office and support staff for each provider

Full spectrum of on-site services: emergency, surgical, long-term care, therapy, and home health
Compensation & Benefits

Proven Earning Potential: $350K–$500K+ with wRVUs

APP Supervision: $10,000 per FTE

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
-
Relocation Assistance: $10,000+ (negotiable)

Retention Bonus: $5,000 annually

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $180,000 total through state and federal programs

Retirement: 403(b) with up to 10% employer match and 457(f) retention plan

Qualifications
-
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
-
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Med-Peds residency
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABFM or ABIM/Peds)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (ATLS preferred)

Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure
