Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team at Baptist Primary Care Park Avenue. This established outpatient practice serves a thriving community just south of Jacksonville, offering a supportive environment and access to Baptist Health’s extensive network of hospitals and specialists.

• Competitive guaranteed base compensation of $260,000+ based on experience
• $20,000 signing bonus and year-two retention bonus
• Average of 18–22 patients per day

Qualifications
• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active/unrestricted Florida medical license
• BLS and DEA certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
