Family Medicine Clerkship Director opening – Dayton, OH Position Details
- Academic leadership position
- Responsible for directing the Family Medicine clerkship, ensuring alignment with LCME accreditation standards and medical school learning objectives
- Direct involvement in curriculum development, didactic teaching, student precepting, and mentorship
- Oversight of student evaluation, feedback, patient encounter tracking, and adherence to policies
- Collaboration with course directors, faculty, and affiliated clinical sites
- Ongoing clinical practice required, reflecting the highest standards of care and professionalism
- Active role in academic development, learner experiences, community-based research, and programming
- Participation in continuous improvement and evaluation of the residency program
