Location: Wisconsin (1 hour from O’Hare International Airport, Chicago)

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• Flexible work schedule
• Light call schedule (phone call only)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits
• Health Insurance: Choice of base plan or HDHP; very low employee contribution (as little as ~$60/pay period for single coverage)

• Life & Disability Insurance: $200,000 group life policy, short- & long-term disability provided at no cost; additional disability stipend available
